Q. You have wrapped up 'NCT 2018 EMPATHY' promotion.
Jungwoo: I have been doing a lot of individual practice. Not only dancing and singing, I want to try different kinds of musical works.
Q. You must have learned a lot of things through the activities from the first half of this year?
Jungwoo: I have become more aware and learned a lot through the activities this time. I have just started so I was able to study which part I should practice more in the future such as dancing, singing and gestures.
Q. I am also curious about the favourite B-side tracks from 'NCT 2018 EMPATHY' album the members picked?
Jungwoo: I like 'BOSS' and 'Black on Black'. I like 'BOSS' because it is (my) debut song and for 'Black on Black' it was great to be able to present a great performance with all 18 members together.
Q. What was the reason behind the three members' dream of being a singer?
Jungwoo: When I was in elementary school, I happened to watch a music show (broadcast) and got interested into dancing, then I attended an academy (dance) and from there I thought I wanted to become a singer. Therefore I auditioned.
Q. Your family and people around you must have felt happy to see you perform after your debut?
Jungwoo: My parents supported me a lot. They always told me that I have to work really hard.
Q. When 18 people work together or as a unit, if I work individually, I think I’ll feel very empty.
Jungwoo: We take good care of each other well, so there is no time to be feeling empty.
Q. What else have you been into lately besides music?
Jungwoo: I am into exercising these days, not body weight exercise (gym) but I like sports such as soccer and basketball. I also watch matches and when I have the chance, I will go out and exercise too.
Q. Lucas is a rising star in variety shows recently, but his Korean is still clumsy. Was it hard to appear on variety programs?
Jungwoo: I think Lucas's Korean skill now is just right. Haha.
Q. We should hear about the members' lifestyle even though they are living in a dorm.
Jungwoo: I tend to organise things well, so when I get to the dorm, I will start cleaning first. As soon as I get there, I will fold my clothes, wash up, eat, watch movies, then sleep. That is how I live.
Q. It is obvious, the relationship between the members seem to be close.
Jungwoo: I wish I had a little brother like Lucas.
Q. Where do you get the power when you run out of energy while you are doing promotion?
Jungwoo: Right, I get my energies from my family or the members.
Q. Why don’t you try and show your charm appeal? I wonder the hidden charm that fans might not have known easily.
Lucas: I am unexpectedly quite and thinks a lot.
Jungwoo: That is right, he is more quite than I thought he would be.
Lucas: Jungwoo hyung is really cute. Fans probably do not know. He looks cool when you see him, but once you know, he is really cute. I want to help him with this and that.
Kun: Jungwoo has a lot of aegyo. He acts cute when he asks me to cook for him.
Jungwoo: Being whimsical is also my hidden charm.
Q. Whimsical charm Jungwoo, he is also nicknamed 'Hidden weirdo', do you have any other nickname that you like besides the one with your reversal charm?
Jungwoo: Sports drink? I want to be a pure and clean person. I like to say that I am pure.
Q. Have you ever felt that you want to do a promotion with any of the members?
Jungwoo: I think it seems fun to have a promotion with the three of us. Fans called us the "Lucky Three People". The three of us have been practicing together for quite a long time, so I think the synergy will explode between us if we do a promotion together.
Q. I want to hear, Lucas, Jungwoo and Kun, what kind of appearance you want to show in the future?
Jungwoo: Not only the three of us but I want everyone in NCT to develop well. I will work hard to show fans good appearances.
